Meet Recap

The Jimmies were again at Mystic Hills golf course playing the front nine which is a links style course typically found in England. This time they faced Knox and Triton in a triangular meet. The Jimmies shot a 173 which was 4 shots off the school record and finished second to Triton who shot a 161. Knox finished third with a 216 score. Broc Maurer from Jimtown and Braden Krept from Triton were Co-Medalist. Tyler “Bubba” Wenger and Hunter Price turned in scores of 43. Ryan Mott shot a 49 and Austin Secor shot a 50. The Jimmies’ record is now 9 wins and 6 losses.
The JV team finished second to Triton with a score of 220 to 184 and Knox finished third with a score of 246. The Jimmies were lead by Jeff Payne who shot a 48. Tanner Magyar turned in a score of 54 and Cade Campbell and Skylar Lay both shot 59s.
The Jimtown Varsity will be in action again on Saturday at Mystic Hills for the NSC Conference Championship.
