Colleen Herrity hired as Jimtown's new Varsity Volleyball Head Coach

Jimtown High School is proud to announce their new head volleyball coach, Colleen Herrity. Coach Herrity will replace Coach Bill Stose who retired from coaching after this past season after coaching the Jimmies for 10 seasons. Coach Herrity has been at Jimtown as a 3rd grade teacher for the past 12 years. She has been a head coach for our Jr. High volleyball teams the past two seasons and coached for the Penn Middle School system for five seasons winning conference championships at both. She has also been a coach in the NIVA system. While coach at Jimtown she assisted with our kid's camp as well as led and organized Jr. High workouts. Coach Herrity is very detailed and organized with a strong vision to grow the program and enhance team culture. She brings a wealth of knowledge from a variety of coaching and playing experiences. Colleen had a great career as a high school player at Penn High School playing under coach Lisa Pawlik.
