Jimtown High School

April 1st will mark the date that athletes can get their physicals done for next year! It is always a good idea to get this done early, so your athlete is ready for the summer and the rest of the school year. Jimtown will once again be hosting a date where you can get your physical right here at the high school. This will be done on April 20th and 22nd. The cost will be $45 per athlete. Appointments are preferred. Please complete the Final Forms before coming to the physical. QR codes are available for the Final Forms address and the Sign up.
