Varsity vs Elkhart High School Loss The boys team kicked off their season travelling to Elkhart last night. Our final score was 0-5. 3 singles was a forfeit due to not having enough players eligible to play, this problem should be remedied by Wednesday's match. A notable performance came from Carson Gingerich at 1 Singles, who despite not winning a game, took his opponent to deuce in most of the games he played. The one doubles team of Ethan Creech and Hayden Hines deserve a shoutout too, losing 3-6, 0-6. They coordinated well and remained competitive throughout their entire match. The boys team holds their home opener tonight against Northwood at 4:30 PM. We will run the same lineup as we did today.
