The IHSAA released new sectional alignments for the next two years yesterday. The sectionals are for football, soccer, volleyball, and basketball. Jimtown is 3a in a 6 class system for football. They will be in a new sectional. Jimtown is in Sectional 25. There are 8 teams: Jimtown, Calumet, John Glenn, Griffith, Hammond Bishop Noll, Knox, Mishawaka Marian, and River Forest. Jimtown is in a 3 class system for Girls' soccer. They will be in a new sectional. Jimtown is in Sectional 18 with 5 teams in their sectional. The teams are Jimtown, John Glenn, Mishawaka Marian, New Prairie, and SB St. Joseph. Jimtown is in a 4 class system for Girl's and Boys' basketball and volleyball. Girls' Volleyball and Boys'/Girls' Basketball is in Sectional 34 with 6 teams: Jimtown, Bremen, Career Academy, Knox, LaVille, and Winamac.
