Weight Room for Athletes over the Summer

Attached you will find the weight room calendar for Jr. High and High School athletes. The football time is for football players only - both high school and Jr. High. This would be incoming Jr. High students. The Maroon sessions are geared toward high school athletes and the Gold session more for Jr. High athletes but both can be attended by either. All workouts will be geared for each individual and the athlete's sport. We will be using a program that can set up a workout to that persons skill and maturity level as well as what they need to build the best strength, flexibility, and agility for their sport. Please plan on attending at least three sessions a week. Attendance will be taken so progress can be monitored and kept.
